Biochemical Aromatherapy - The Mechanics of Stress
9.30am Registration/ tea and coffee
10.00am Explaining the different parts of the brain and the different bio-chemicals involved in stress and what essential oils influence which brain chemicals.
11.00am Demonstration and practise – Using new techniques taught to you, you’ll be working on a particular stress or pattern with each other and using the appropriate oil to correct that stress.
12.00am Lunch
12.30pm In depth analysis of each oil and its psychological pattern and how it relates to our lives ( time permitting, we will try to cover as many oils as possible). You will be taught safe techniques that you can use on yourself and others on clearing ‘set’ patterns of stress and behaviour from our lives. Learning about how to use oils to clear ‘stuck’ attitudes and behaviour patterns.
14.30pm Tea/coffee
14.45pm Psychological pattern matching – examining different ways to use oils to treat different parts of the physical body and what oils’ pattern relates to what organ of the body. Examining different ways of using oils to heal and repair our ‘Subtle bodies’ and ‘Chakras’ and what essential oil influences each Subtle body and Chakra. Demonstration and practise – Using new techniques, you’ll be working on a particular subtle body or Chakra with each other and using an appropriate oil to correct the imbalance.

Biochemical Aromatherapy - The Endocrine system
9.30am Registration/ tea and coffee
10.00am Explaining the different parts of the Endocrine system and the different bio-chemicals involved and what essential oils influence which endocrine organs and chemicals. 12.00am Lunch
12.30pm Looking at the ‘Subtle bodies’ of essential oils and how oils heal – how do we use them to heal our physical bodies such as the endocrine system.
